This website and the GoGrass mobile/web application ("GoGrass", "we", "us", "our") are owned and operated by IMPACTGRID TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U88900MH2025PTC454485, GSTIN 27AAICI3670B1ZQ), with its registered office at 402, Giri Heaven CHS, Next to GiriRaj Tower, Hariniwas Circle, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Naupada, Thane, Maharashtra 400602. By using GoGrass or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of the service — a purchase, not a donation
GoGrass is a purchase of a service, not a donation. You buy fresh green fodder ("gograss") for the cows at a goshala (cow shelter) you choose, and we arrange for it to be prepared and delivered to that goshala on your behalf. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
2. Plans & pricing
Each plan is 1 kg of fresh green fodder per day — from a single day (₹25) up to one year (₹9,000). Multi-day plans deliver every day for the full plan period. All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
3. Payments
Payments are collected online through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials — these are handled entirely by the gateway on its PCI-DSS compliant systems. An order is confirmed only after payment is authorised.
4. Fulfilment & proof
Fodder is delivered to the goshala you selected. A geo-tagged photo proof of each delivery is shared with you through the app and/or WhatsApp. If delivery on a given day is not possible due to weather, goshala availability or other unavoidable reasons, that day's delivery is completed on the next available day.
5. Partner (referral) programme
Registered partners earn a commission on sales made through their referral, credited only on completed (settled) sales and reversed if the sale is refunded. There is no fee to join and no requirement to purchase stock; no one is paid merely for enrolling other partners. Commission is not an investment and no earnings are guaranteed.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use GoGrass only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and software on GoGrass belong to IMPACTGRID TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
GoGrass provides the service of buying and delivering fodder. The internal management, care and welfare of animals at a goshala remain the responsibility of that goshala. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
