This website and the GoGrass mobile/web application ("GoGrass", "we", "us", "our") are owned and operated by IMPACTGRID TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U88900MH2025PTC454485, GSTIN 27AAICI3670B1ZQ), with its registered office at 402, Giri Heaven CHS, Next to GiriRaj Tower, Hariniwas Circle, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Naupada, Thane, Maharashtra 400602. By using GoGrass or placing an order, you agree to the delivery policy below.

1. What is delivered, and to whom

GoGrass is a service: the fodder you buy is delivered to the goshala you selected — it is not physically shipped to you, the buyer. There is no courier shipment to the customer.

2. Delivery schedule

For a single-day plan, delivery is made on the applicable day. For multi-day plans, fodder is delivered every day (or on the chosen weekly day, e.g. every Thursday) for the full plan period.

3. Proof of delivery

Each delivery is recorded at the goshala with a geo-tagged photo, and the proof is shared with you through the app and/or WhatsApp.

4. Delays

If a delivery cannot be completed on a given day due to weather, goshala availability or other unavoidable reasons, it is carried out on the next available day so that the full number of days you paid for is delivered.

5. Service area

Deliveries are made to the goshalas listed in the app, served by our fulfilment centres. Availability of a goshala is shown at the time of ordering.
