Refund & Cancellation

This website and the GoGrass mobile/web application ("GoGrass", "we", "us", "our") are owned and operated by IMPACTGRID TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U88900MH2025PTC454485, GSTIN 27AAICI3670B1ZQ), with its registered office at 402, Giri Heaven CHS, Next to GiriRaj Tower, Hariniwas Circle, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Naupada, Thane, Maharashtra 400602. By using GoGrass or placing an order, you agree to the refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is prepared/printed for delivery. Once a day's fodder has been prepared and dispatched for delivery, that day can no longer be cancelled.

2. Refunds

Because GoGrass is a service delivered over time, refunds apply to the undelivered portion of a plan. If we fail to deliver a day that you paid for (and it cannot be made up), the amount for those undelivered days is refunded. Days already delivered — with photo proof — are not refundable.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@gogras.com or call +91 90041 06725 with your order reference. We review and respond within 3 business days.

4. Timeline & method

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days after approval. The exact credit time depends on your bank/payment provider.

5. Partner commission

Any commission credited to a partner on a refunded order is reversed.
