By using GoGrass or placing an order, you agree to the privacy practices below.
1. Information we collect
Name, mobile number and email; delivery/billing details needed for your GST invoice; the goshala and plan you choose; and app usage data. Payment is processed by our payment gateway — we do not collect or store your card/UPI/bank credentials.
2. How we use it
To process orders and payments, deliver fodder and send you proof, issue GST invoices, provide support, and send transactional messages (OTP, order and delivery updates) over SMS, WhatsApp or email. We process personal data with your consent, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
3. Sharing
We share only what is necessary with: our payment gateway (to take payment), our communication provider (to send OTP/updates), and the goshala/delivery staff (to fulfil delivery). We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention & security
We keep records as long as needed for the service and to meet tax and legal obligations, and protect them with reasonable technical and organisational measures.
